Skinny Lemon Tilapia
If you’re weary of cooking fish, but like the taste, this recipe is especially for you! This no-fail fish recipe is delicious served with steamed broccoli and rice, and will be a healthy new favorite for the whole family. You really can’t go wrong with this dish. Add extra cream sauce to the broccoli and rice to make your dinner a little bit fancier!

Serving size: 1 fillet and ½ Tbsp sauce
Ingredients
- 4 — 6 oz Tilapia fillets
- 2 Tbsp light butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp fresh dill weed, snipped
- 1 tsp lemon peel seasoning
- black pepper to taste
- 2 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, snipped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a large iron skillet or baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place Tilapia fillets in skillet.
- Drizzle ½ Tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tsp of melted butter and 1 tsp of dill on each fillet. Season each with lemon peel and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- While the fish is baking, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice and dill in a microwave-safe bowl for about a minute. Stir at 30 seconds.
- Place fillets onto serving plates, and place a heaping ½ Tbsp sauce around them in a decorative fashion.
