Mix together:
1-1/2 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt
2 eggs beaten & at room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese (softened and at room temperature)
Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
