Sopapilla Cheesecake



Ingredients: 

2 cans of crescent rolls
16 oz. cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar

Instructions: 


  1. Using a 9x13 baking pan, unroll one package of crescent rolls and line the bottom of the pan, pinching together the seams
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of crescent roll lining 
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture
  5. Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, store in refrigerator when cooled
