2 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cans of chicken broth
2 cups of chopped carrots
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups bisquik (mixed with 2/3 cup of milk)
2/3 cup of half & half
Garlic powder & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cut up chicken into pieces
- Boil or fry until tender
- Cook vegetables (if needed)
- Bring broth to bubbling boil
- Mix bisquik according to box directions
- Drop by small spoonfuls into boiling broth
- Cook for 10 minutes
- Add chicken, veggies and half&half
- Let simmer on low for 20 minutes
