Ingredients:
18 jalapeno peppers halved and seeds removed
1 garlic clove pressed
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon oregano
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups crushed corn flakes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut each pepper lengthwise and take seeds out
- Mix cream cheese, mayo, garlic, oregano and cheddar cheese and fill each pepper half
- Whisk egg whites and milk
- Dip the top of each pepper in egg wash and then in crushed corn flakes
- Place the peppers on a baking stone and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
