Forgotten Chicken

Prep Time: 5 min.   Cook Time: 4-6 Hours



Ingredients:
6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Minute rice (uncooked)
1 pkg. onion soup mix 
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of water

Preparation Directions:
1) Mix together cream soups, water and 2 cups of minute rice
2) Pour into a buttered casserole dish
3) Lay chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix
4) Cover with tin foil
5) Cook on low in crock pot for 4-6 hours
